Taming the Slope at Waterfall Drive

A full-scale transformation of a challenging 410m² block in Jerrabomberra. While the steep terrain and tight access would have slowed others down, our team delivered a "set and forget" sanctuary that looks as good as it functions.

When we first arrived at Waterfall Dr in Jerrabomberra , the site presented significant hurdles: a steep, tapered grade and restricted access that required most of the labour to be completed by hand or with small machinery. The goal was to transform this 410m² area into a functional, tiered outdoor sanctuary.

Our Solution: A Tiered Masterpiece.
To address the steep grade, our design focused on creating distinct, usable levels. The transformation involved: Structural Tiering: A 23-lineal-metre retaining wall and 13 custom stairs to ensure the backyard is practical and accessible. Sustainable Paving: We recycled almost all of the property's existing pavers to create a new side path and a 40m² entertaining area. Lush Surfaces: 110m² of premium synthetic grass, finished with a clean, paved garden edge.Integrated. Systems: A complete 3-station irrigation system, seamlessly connected to the existing front garden system. Softscaping: A Photinia hedge perimeter (80 plants) and 20m² of fresh mulch for a polished finish.

The Result: On Time, On Budget, and Built to Last At A Few Good Men, we pride ourselves on reliability. We started on the exact date promised. Completed on time and 100% on budget with not a single cent over the initial estimate. We utilised recycled materials to reduce waste and maintain aesthetic integrity. Whether you have a steep block or difficult access, we bring precision and passion to every project. Based in Campbell and serving the Canberra and Jerrabomberra regions, we deliver exactly what we promise.
